1. Who is responsible
Rasha Method is responsible for this site. We are a small Canadian business. We follow Canada’s PIPEDA for commercial personal information. If you write from another country, local rules may also apply.
2. What we collect
When you book, buy, or write to us we collect your name, email, optional phone, message text, the session time you picked, language, and the fact that you agreed to our terms. We also store the IP address and browser used at the moment you agree, so the record stays intact. Stripe handles card numbers. We do not see or store your full card number.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to take payment, reserve the hour, email the Google Meet link, send class-pack files, answer messages, keep tax and legal records, and prove that you agreed to the Service Agreement and this policy. We do not sell your information.
4. Who we share with
We share only what is needed with: Stripe (payment), Cal.com (scheduling), Google (Meet and calendar), Resend (email), and our database and hosting providers. Clerk is used only for the Admin sign-in (hello@rashamethod.com), not for your guest checkout. Processors may store data outside Canada.
5. Cookies on this site
We use a language cookie and a cart cookie so the site remembers English or Arabic and what you added. These are needed for the site to work. We do not run advertising trackers in this version.
6. How long we keep records
Orders, payments, and your legal acceptances are kept so the record stays intact — typically at least seven years for Canadian tax and contract records. Contact messages are kept until we no longer need them to help you. You may ask us to correct your name or email. We cannot delete an order or an acceptance that we must keep for law or accounting.
7. Your requests
Email hello@rashamethod.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask a question about this policy. We will answer in a reasonable time.
8. Children
This site is for adult women booking for themselves. We do not knowingly take payment from children.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we publish a new version with a new date. Checkout will ask you to agree to the version in force at the time you pay. Older acceptances stay tied to the version you saw.
