1. Who we are
Rasha Method provides private online Arab dance sessions and digital class packs. Contact: hello@rashamethod.com. We operate from British Columbia, Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. What you are buying
A 1:1 session is one live private lesson on Google Meet at the time you booked. A class pack is a digital product delivered by email. Payment is due in full through Stripe before a session is reserved or files are sent. The time is not held while it sits in your cart.
3. No refunds and no cancellations
All sales are final. You may not cancel a paid session or class pack for a refund. Change of mind, a schedule conflict under 48 hours, a missed session, late arrival, technical problems on your side, or unused class-pack files are not grounds for a refund. Stripe will not issue a refund unless we ask it to.
4. Rescheduling (sessions only)
You may reschedule a paid 1:1 session if you do so at least 48 hours before the start time, using the link in your confirmation email. Later than 48 hours, the session is used. We do not owe a makeup class or a refund. Class packs have no session time and cannot be rescheduled.
5. If we cannot teach the hour
If we cancel or cannot deliver the session, we will offer a new time at no extra charge or a full refund of that session, at our choice. That is the only case in which a refund is owed.
6. Your responsibilities
You must give a working email. Confirmations, the Google Meet link, and reschedule links go there. You are responsible for a quiet space, a device, and a connection that can run Google Meet. We are not responsible if you cannot join because of your equipment or network.
7. Conduct
Sessions are for the person who booked. Do not record without our written permission. We may end a session for abusive or unsafe conduct. That session is then used, with no refund.
8. How you agree
You agree by checking the required boxes on Confirm or Cart (they are not pre-checked) and completing payment. We store the document version, a hash of the text you were shown, the time, your name and email, language, IP address, and browser. We keep that record with the order.
9. Liability
Sessions and class packs are educational. We do not promise a specific result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that Canadian consumer law does not let you waive.
10. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Courts in British Columbia have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule in your place of residence says otherwise.
